McDonald Murrmann 360° employs an integrated gynecology approach to gynecological health by looking at all systems, influences and imbalances that might contribute to overall gynecological health. In addition to traditional annual exams and testing we are able to integrate other services that enhance and improve the quality of life of our patients such as bio-identical hormone balancing, preconceptual “green pregnancy” counseling, lifestyle and weight management counseling, and sexual wellness and health counseling.
Our practitioners are experts in and address all concerns for every stage of a woman’s life and offer traditional therapy and supplemental therapy for conditions such as Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS), insulin resistance, thyroid disorders, perimenopausal and menopausal health, vaginal health, and pelvic pain.
When surgical intervention is required, our patients’ health and recovery are most important. Our practitioners are experts in minimally invasive surgery offering surgery through “small incisions” for removing fibroid tumors, ovarian cysts, endometriosis, and performing hysterectomies which provide a quicker recovery time, better quality of life, and a more cosmetic approach than with traditional open surgery.
Aesthetic gynecology has been an emerging field in women’s health and has encompassed more than just surgical approaches. The outside of the vagina (labia) and the inside of the vagina go through many changes during childbirth, lifestyle habits, and menopause. Sometimes women are born with abnormalities of the labia as well.
We recognize this area of gynecology as being very important to women’s self-esteem and relationships. We offer a variety of options for women including non-surgical radiofrequency treatments (ThermiVa) and surgical options including labiaplasty and labial “enhancement” with fat transfer.
